昂達斯博拉凱瑞索特 (Ondus Boracay Resort)

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and we were forced to leave due to terrible service. Firstly, our room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. We requested housekeeping at the front desk, and were told it would be done. However, when we returned to the hotel at 7 PM, the room still hadn’t been cleaned, even though it was around 2 PM when we had initially asked for the service. The housekeeping staff even lied to our faces, claiming they were calling the manager, but the manager never showed up. Resolving the issue took us a full hour. The next day, we spoke to the hotel manager, and his attitude was appalling. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to listen to our complaints. By the end of the conversation, he started raising his voice and eventually told us to leave the hotel. This was the first time we’ve ever experienced such rude service, where the staff is unwilling to resolve issues, defends the mistakes of their team, and communicates with guests in an arrogant and aggressive manner. We did not expect this kind of treatment, and unfortunately, it led us to make the decision to leave the hotel.After speaking with the hotel manager, I requested to have my last night canceled. However, the manager stated that it was not his responsibility. Yet, on the TripCom platform, I was waiting for confirmation from the hotel management, which is clearly within their duties. They refused to cancel the last night, further escalating the conflict. What was most frustrating was their complete unwillingness to listen to my reasoning and evidence. The manager continuously interrupted me, showing no interest in understanding my concerns.

酒店位置在S3碼頭附近，出海跳島和深潛比較方便，旁邊有個Breeze潛水店，有中文潛導，挺不錯的。酒店比較新，服務也很好，房間設施也可以，早餐有6種選擇，現做的。就是整個酒店不大，沒有太多娛樂設施

Honestly great value! I had a very good stay, rooms are clean and cozy. They also have pool, altho i didnt use but looked very decent. Located right near station 3, i think its more chill and not as loud as station 1, which is good. However i would not count on breakfast, as its literally eggs and a toast.

スィートルームのお部屋はすごく良かったです。 綺麗でした。 海外では良くある事ですが お風呂に浸かりたかったけど，途中でお湯がぬるくなる。 朝食がブュッフェだったら良かったです。

The hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served à la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

The pitchers were much more beautiful than the place no breakfast buffet set menu. If you wanted anything other than coffee or tea you had to pay for it, but breakfast was supposed to be included with your room. Very poor choices
